The forming fundamental of tube mill: the slit strip is formed into approximate round steel tube without welding by the forming mill,and then the tube’s edge is melted and welded by the HF induction welder and the welded seam is squeezed Immediately after welding at welding section of tube mill .At this stage, the steel pipe welding is completed, the welded tube through cooling and sizing mill and straightening stand, the final precision steel round or square&rectangular tube is done.
1)ERW89 welded tube mill is one model of ERW tube mills .The ERW89 welded tube mill utilizes HF induction welding to manufacture Ø38mm---Ø89mm steel tube and 35X35mm---70x70mm square tube and 30X40---50X100mm rectangular tube with the thickness 0.8--4.0mm .
2)ERW89 welded tube mill has conventional forming technology, it is ideal for round tube , square&rectangular tube.best control on the tube dimension tolerance and length accuracy.
3)For the square and rectangular tube production . We can provide 2 forming processes as option .
Option1: the steel strip is shaped into round tube by forming machine .after HF welding , the round tube is shaped into square or rectangular tube by sizing machine ,and then the square or rectangular tube is. straightened by 2 -Turkey head . 
Option2:The steel strip is shaped into round tube by forming machine .after HF welding , the round tube is shaped into square or rectangular tube by 3-Turkey head ,and then the square or rectangular tube is straightened by the 4th -Turkey head .

One of the forming processes can be determined as per the quantity of square&rectangular and round tube .so that the roller investment can be saved maximum.
