1)Cutting System

●The clamping jigs are made of ductile iron that has good wear resistance that can prevent tube from scratching.
4)Drive System
●Driving motor: servo motor
●A precise planetary reducer is provided with large transmission torque, low noise, high efficiency and free of maintenance within 3 years.
●The HIWIN brand of linear guide rail is provided with heavy-duty slider, the whole guide rail is not spliced.
●The anti-collision is made of rubber block.
5)Electrical Control System
●The cold cutting saw is controlled by Motion Controller(TRIO,UK)
●1 electrical cabinet and 1 console are provided .
●Electrical control cabinet is fitted with a warning light as a fault alarm.
●The parameters are shown on HMI ,The data of 6 groups tube information can be stored on HMI.
●Specified length of tube can be set .
●Interlocking protection interface with console of HF welder is reserved.
●Automatic and manual function are available.
●The system is stable and reliable, with complete protection and security functions.
●All the States and values of the equipment operation are displayed on the screen.
●Maintenance-free (except for normal lubrication and cleaning of each shift).
6)Automatic Lubrication System
●Saw blade is fitted with automatic emulsifier lubrication cooling device.
●The guide rail and slider are greased by an automatic lubrication pump.
1.because milling cutting mode, the tube end without burr.the further end facing and chamfering is not required.
2.The distortion of tube end and changes in metallography structure is not caused by cutting.
3.Because the cut off length with high accuracy up to 1.5mm , the second fixed length is not required.
4.Because the wastage blade is low, so the production cost is low.
5.because the rotating speed of blade is low, the safety performance is high
1:The tube length tolerance can reach up to 1.5mm ,so the tube meets high application standard.
2:SAW BLADE CAPACITY:
High-quality saw blade will be provided by our company .
The saw blade can be resharpened for 20--30 time by the sharpening machine .
The pipe cutting amount after resharpening is about 60-70% of the pipe amount cut by the new saw blade
Take 40X40X1mm tube as example :A saw blade can cut 1725 ton steel tub .
Assuming the price of saw blade is USD500, saw blade cost per ton =USD500÷1725TON=USD0.29. it needs USD0.29 saw blade cost to cut 1 ton steel tube .
3.The sawing area of the saw blade is calculated automatically by the system automatically, the replacement of the saw blade can be reminded.
4.In case of emergency, the saw blade can quickly return to the origin point to protect the saw blade.
