When the galvanized tube is manufactured by the pipe mill machine , the galvanized layer will fall on the welded seam of the steel galvanized tube , so it needs to spray the zinc on the welded seam by the zinc spraying machine .it can prevent the weld seam from rust .

For the old steel tube manufacturer or experienced operator  of pipe mill machine . it is very easy to select the corrected diameter zinc wire for their zinc spraying machine and pipe mill machine as per their experience.

But for the new steel tube manufacturer or operator with less experience of pipe mill machine .  it is a little challenge to select the zinc wire to meet various diameter and thickness galvanized tube  that manufactured by pipe mill machine .
