Automatic steel tube outside water

In the steel pipe production process, automatically removing water from the outer surface of steel pipes/tube is an objective pursued by some steel tube factories.

To address this, SANSO has designed an automatic water removal device that can automatically adjust the distance between air knives according to the outer diameter of round pipes and square/rectangular tubes, in order to better remove water (emulsion) from the pipe surface.

This device is installed between the Turkey head and the cold cutting saw or friction cutting saw.

The main components of this device are:

3) Air knives and support rollers (adjustable)
