Single head decoiler

The single mandrel uncoiler is working with ERW89--ERW165 welded tube mill.

The uncoiler can load Max.15 T coil.The mandrels are hydraulic cylinder actuated for expansion /collapse by pushing button operation

The uncoiler is is AC  motor driven for coil jogging by pushing button operation

The uncoiler can load Maximum 15 Ton steel coil

The single mandrel uncoiler is composed of

3)the wedge type mandrel

4)AC motor  

5)console remote control

6)hydraulic station

7)pneumatic system and pneumatic brake

8) the cable and wiring between uncoiler and console
