We design the pinch and leveling machine ( it also called strip flattener)to handle /flatten the strip with over 4mm thickness and strip width from 238mm to 1915mm .
The steel strip head with over 4mm thickness is typically bend, we have to straighten/level/flatten it by the pinch and leveling machine ,this result in shearing and alighning and welding of strips in shearing and welding machine easily and smoothly.

（ 1 upper idle roller,1 lower driven roller, hydraulic ystem for descent of upper roller, the 2 rollers through quenching treatment)

The vertical movement of top pinching roller and top leveling roller are controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
The pinching roller is driven by a AC motor with reducer.
The 5-leveling roller are driven by a AC motor with reducer.
Moreover,The decoiler straightener typically is fitted with the peeler table ,which can guide the new strip head into the pinching roller.
The up/down movement of upper peeler table is driven by hydraulic cylinder .
