Milling type orbit double blade cutting saw is designed for the in-line cutting of welded pipes with larger diameters and larger wall thicknesses in round ,square&rectangular shape with speed up to 55m/minute and the tube length accuracy up to +-1.5mm.
The two saw blades are located on the same rotating disc and cut the steel pipe in R-θ control mode. the two symmetrically arranged saw blades move in a relatively straight line along the radial direction (R) toward the center of the pipe during cutting pipe. After the steel pipe is cut by the saw blades, the rotating disc drives the saw blades to rotate (θ) around the steel pipe to the tube wall, the saw blade running track is similar to the tube shape when it rotates.
The high-end Siemens SIMOTION motion control system and ProfiNet network system are utilized, and a total of 7 servo motors in the saw car, feeding unit, rotation unit and sawing unit are utilized.
